Michael Keane hails the performances of Ademola Lookman in Wednesday’s edition of the Liverpool Echo.

The centre back has been impressed with the former Charlton Athletic trainee and believes “the world is his oyster”, after an eye-catching outing in the 2-0 win over Bournemouth on Sunday.

"You can obviously see the quality he's got in training,” Keane says. “He's had to be patient this year and wait for his chance and I think he's showed what he can do.

"He's showed it in glimpses through the season but he's a very talented player. He's only going to learn and get better. The world's his oyster if he keeps improving."

Jordan Pickford also features in the Echo, with the Everton and England No.1 explaining why mental strength is an important attribute for a goalkeeper.

And in the Independent, the Club’s potential plans to introduce a safe standing area at the proposed new stadium at Bramley-Moore Dock have been welcomed by the Everton FC Supporters Association.
